Welcome and many thanks for your interest in ordering from Olde Primitive Sister's Online Marketplace.

Ordering from our site is easy.  You can browse the store by category, vendor or by search to locate the products you wish to purchase.  Once you have decided you would like to purchase and item, just use the add to cart button.  Your item will then show in your cart on the right side of the screen.  You can add mulitble items to your cart from different Vendors if you would like.  All shipping is already included in the price of the product or is free if it a instant download digital product.

When you are ready to check out, just click the view cart button under your cart information on the right side of the screen.  You will be asked to create an account if this is your first order with us. (This will allow you to view your order details and retrieve your instant download products, as well as give us the needed information for the vendors to ship tangible items to you.  PLEASE NOTE:  We never share or sell your information with any third party)

After registering you can continue to check out.  We use Pay Pal as our secure gateway for payment.  You do not need a Pay Pal account to pay via credit card.

After completed payment you should have a link to return to the site on the Pay Pal page and be redirected to your account page.  You may have to sign back in to view this page depending on your cookie settings on your computer.  There you can find the order details.  If you have instant download items and you completed payment (e checks are not considered completed payment until funds clear, which can be up to 4 days.) You will find the download links in your account order details.  you will also receive an orders detail list as well as an email with the download links if product was digital.

On our end, your order is submitted to the vendor for shipping and payment is forwarded to them.  The vendor should also send you an email letting you know they have received the order and an estimated shipping date.  If you should have any problem you can contact us and we will direct you to the vendor responisble for the product you ordered.  Please note that if you ordered products from mulitiple vendors that it will come in different shipments from their respective businesses.  Please read their item descriptions carefully so that you will have a full understanding of what you are ordering.

Olde Primitive Sister's Online Marketplace is only a gateway between the buyer and the seller providing an avenue for the two to meet.  We take no responsibility for damages, injuries or failed transactions between the two after moneis have been transfered to the vendor.  However, if you find that you have a problem that can not be resolved, please contact us and let us try to work it out.  We pride ourselves on having vendors whose products and service is exceptional and wish to remain that way.
