***NOTE***
Our system is most compatible with Internet Explorer. It may work properly with other browsers but if you find that you are having troubles switch to Internet explorer when working in your booth manager.

If you have added your products and they are not showing on your page when you preview, check that you have the quantity for each set to something other then 0. When the quantity is at 0 the program thinks the item is sold out and will not display it on your page.

Step by Step tutorial

Important areas to be familiar with

User Info-
Clicking on User Info at anytime will allow you to change your Username & Password or update your email address. ** Be sure the email address you use is your Paypal email address to insure you receive your payments. **

Edit Site- Clicking edit site at anytime will allow you to edit your business name and update your welcome message and information that appears on your entrance page for visitors to see. The detailed description area is where you enter your welcome message and any other info you'd like. (basic html tags are allowed)

When adding html to your page description or other types of code you may find that your text area appears strange looking. Just preview your page and check that it looks ok there. If the info on your page duplicated itself it could be because of the code used. Just delete all of the info you dont want there and save again and it should fix it.

Part 1

Adding your banner to identify your Booth:

If you already have a banner you would like to use with your page you can upload it by clicking on Edit Site, and then the browse button next to "Upload Banner." Locate the banner or image on your computer, select it and click ok. Save your information and preview your site to make sure it was successful.

Banner didn't upload???!!
If you previewed your page and your banner didnt upload, first try to upload it again. If it still doesnt appear.. check that the image name doesn't have any spaces, underscores or symbols in it. If it does, rename it on your computer and try to upload it again.

Correct way for an image name to look: mybanner.jpg or mybanner.gif

Incorrect way for the image name to look: my_banner%.gif or my#%_banner.jpg

If the above does not work, make sure you are using Internet explorer for your browser and also double check that the image is a .gif or .jpg image.

Part 2

Working with your product manager:

*It is recommended that your pictures be no larger then 500px in width. You should resize your pictures and crop them to look the way you want on your computer before uploading them to your page for best results. Pictures should also be in Jpeg or Gif format. (this means they end in .jpg or .gif)

ADDING YOUR FIRST PRODUCT

  • Step one: Click on Manage Products located in the menu to your left when you are logged into your Page Manager.

  • Step two: *You will see a form to fill out to add your product to*

Part1: Enter the item name for the model (do not use any symbols, punctuation or spaces in the model area, just simply the name). This is what Paypal will use to identify the item.

Part2: Enter the name of the product you are adding. Example: If you were adding a doll called sally then you might want to put "Sally" in the name area, or if you were adding a 6oz jar candle.. then you might want to put "6oz Jar" Candle in the name area.

  • Step three: Uploading your image... Click on the browse button and a new box will pop up showing the files stored on your computer. (I recommend having a folder on your computer called product pictures with all of the pictures you are going to use stored in it. This way you dont have to search all over your computer for your pictures) Select the image you want to upload for this product. Thats it for adding your picture. Thumbnails are automatically created.

  • Step four: Adding your description... This is where you'll want to put anything you want to say about your product.

  • Step five: Add your price. Do not include the $ just the price. EX: 5.00

  • Step six: Add your shipping price for this product. *Note; if you already have your shipping prices set with Paypal then you will want to leave this area blank so that you are not charging your customers twice for shipping. Do not include the $ just the price. EX: 5.00

  • Step seven: If you want this product available on your site immediatly then be sure to set active to Yes. If you want to wait to make it available then set active to NO.

  • Step eight: Click on the save button. After you click the save button the page will refresh and 2 new options will appear to add to your product.

If you are direct linking to the banner image and have a url for it you can skip the upload step and just enter the url where it asks for Banner image...then move to step 4.

  • Step four: Description.. this is what your visitors will see on your link page below your banner if you've added one.. or only this if you are using a text link.
